Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi

Very disappointing experience. We checked in to find that the air conditioning was not working, and despite reporting it immediately, my pregnant wife was left for hours in an extremely hot room, causing significant discomfort and difficulty breathing. The hotel only moved her after a long delay. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there—there were also cleanliness issues, including a cockroach in the room, and additional service shortcomings during the stay. While the hotel eventually upgraded us to a suite, it came only after the damage had already been done. This experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this category, and I cannot recommend it based on our experience.

The service was frustrating. Every request had to be repeated several times before any action was taken, and some items were never delivered despite multiple reminders. I understand that the current situation and the impact of the war may have created staffing challenges, and I appreciate that the team may be working under difficult circumstances. However, the level of service we experienced was still not acceptable. Working in hospitality myself, I know how important it is to follow through on guest requests, which made this experience particularly disappointing 😏

The service is excellent, I like the room very relax and stress free ambience

All good in the hotel but when I called them before booking they said they have indoor parking for the car. But when i went there they said it's full. Parking is very critical in Abu Dhabi..... Giving in accurate information is not acceptable

The hotel is old, and there is no free parking—everything is charged. The coffee was very disappointing, with only one coffee sachet, sugar, and milk provided. Overall, not a satisfying experience.

The hotel is near to local bus and easy to get around. Near to shopping and eating places. The rooms are nice and spacious. The service is good and breakfast and dinner were good.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .
