We are visiting Spring for our 3rd visit in 2 years. We had the 2 bed apartment this time, which gave us a magnificent view of the Nile as well as a little early morning sun.Saff helped us arrange all our trips & evening boat crossings across the Nile. I've travelled around almost all of Egypt, and this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. If you choose a river view room, you'll wake up to a magnificent view. Mr. Eşref and all the other staff did everything they could to help us. They arranged a hot air balloon tour for us at a very reasonable price. We left our luggage after our scheduled check-out time and continued sightseeing. When we returned, they insisted that they had empty rooms available, allowing us to shower and rest a little longer, and they didn't charge us anything. The breakfast on the terrace was also quite sufficient and enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and our room had a very nice balcony. We extend our final thanks to all the staff. My wife and I left very happy.

Hotel was good everything was fine.
But they tried to sell tours.. As they said they tried to help/support you but the truth is the owner is just a broker who wants to sell tours even outside of Luxor or money changes.

The service was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary welcome drink would cost $2 elsewhere. The location was also great, right by the pier, with views of the Nile River and the entire east bank of Luxor from the rooftop.
The only downsides were a few flies in the room, which I hope can be improved, and the soundproofing wasn't very good either. Considering the price, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is great. The room we stayed in was very big. When we arrived, they even offered us juice. The next morning, since our child couldn't drink tea or coffee, they gave him banana milk for breakfast. The owner also helped us call a boat to Luxor Temple across the street. Very nice!
