One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! The kitchen and fridge were just big enough for a vacation spot. The maid service was excellent, changed towels, did the dishes …. The resort is amazing and really at one with nature. The beach is a bit of a walk or shuttle but the pool area is great. Complimentary parking and electric charging was a big plus a we rented a diesel hybrid. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing family holiday in a 2 bed apartment at this hotel. The place was spotless, staff very friendly and helpful and our accommodation was amazing.. we had our own private garden which led onto lovely clean pool area.. the kids loved it and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Diego, one of the concierge, was extremely helpful with restaurant and travel tips and a genuinely lovely guy. Thx to all staff at the W Algarve.

Room for improvement
Residences are spotless and extremely well equipped. We were very comfortable.
Service is where this hotel needs improving. The hotel wasnt full yet everything took forever, from buggies to the room to simple requests like extra blankets or water. Service at breakfast is also slow and unorganised. Everyone is friendly enough but they aren’t very efficient and every member of staff gives you different information.
Sort the service out and this place would be amazing and somewhere we would definitely return
