Located away from the city and surrounded by a peaceful park and lake, this hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains and greenery. The balcony is spacious, providing a stunning panoramic view right from the room. While the room itself feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star experience, the serene setting and connection with nature make the stay truly enjoyable. The lakeside restaurant also serves excellent food and completes the experience perfectly.

We stayed one night only.
I would recommend this hotel. Nice area(far from center of city), good breakfast. Swimming pool(we expected pool will be bigger but it’s fine, morning time not many people so you can enjoy).

The service at this hotel is extremely poor.
They don't provide guests with the room type that was booked.
Some amenities are delivered very slowly.
The front desk staff pretends not to understand on purpose.
Very unfriendly.
十几天的行程，遇到这个这家酒店服务非常差劲，不按照预定的房型给客人。
要一些用品送的非常慢，前台接待的人员，故意装不懂。
我们的房型给换了三次，每次都故意给一些不好的房型，没有按照我们预定的要求来。
从到大堂到最后进房间耽误了两个多小时，后来要床品的时候，花了4个小时的时间才送来。
耽误了我们行程的初衷看夕阳下的雪山…
非常不友好。
现在等携程处理方案…………

Awesome stay here, for those looking to get away from the city while still being in almaty. Loved the pool. Only complaint was that the AC didn't work particularly well to cool the room down. Otherwise, awesome place!!

Very disappointing experience. The unprofessional and unfriendly staff, specially ＜ Fariel ＞ and ＜ Anel＞ ruined every positive impression about this hotel.
