We stayed for 1 week with some other families we know. Lovely grounds, loads of pools, great food and also really hard working entertainment teams. I found I enjoyed staying further back in the resort where it was a little quieter. Great fun and well looked after.

We traveled from different parts of the world for a family reunion and from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. My parents were welcomed first by Khanzada at reception, who went above and beyond to make them comfortable. Later, she offered us several options and ultimately upgraded us to beautiful Villa rooms. This made our stay phenomenal — with golf cart service to the beach and restaurants, which was especially helpful for my parents. Khanzada is a true world-class professional, and it’s wonderful that the hotel has people like her. We were also so impressed with Maria and Nargiz, our dedicated villa contacts, who helped us with everything — from booking activities and restaurants to even getting medicine from a local pharmacy. Their immediate and thoughtful assistance made our stay seamless and stress-free. The hotel facilities themselves are outstanding — huge territory, excellent buggy service, yoga, water bikes, and so much more. Truly an unforgettable family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

Last Tuesday 16 september we came back from a 12 days holiday in IC Green Palace in Kundu. This hotel offers several large free formed swimmingpools and is the best I have ever encountered in a holiday. We have visited this hotel now 4 times, however a fifth time we will not do anylonger. Reason for this is the fact that the service in this hotel declines. The variety in food they offer is overwelming and superior to any other hotel. However, the service given by the waithers in general is very poor. They pass by your table, see you have nothing to drink and are not interesten. I have waited sometimes for more than 1 hour before they notice you. You have to tip (€€€) them before they act and properly serve you at the pool area. When we arrived they gave us a very poor room without view, cracking bed and cracking floorboards. This despite I asked them for a Nice room with a pool view due to the fact it was my 4th time being in this hotel. Ultimately they gave us a better room with better beds. They compensatie us for the grieve.

This review is about two masseuses at Lilium spa, Kadek and Richa. These two made our day much better with professional massages and great customer service. I hope the hotel keeps them on the payroll. I highly recommend getting a massage from them!

This hotel is absolutely stunning and amazing!!!!!! Myself, my husband and 2 children 10 +7 stayed at IC Green palace Antalya from 30/08/25-6/9/25. We stayed in the junior suite overlooking the pools. The service was absolutely amazing! The hotel is very modern and well maintained! It is constantly being cleaned, checked as well as the landscaping outside. Food is available all the time and the drinks are top quality! The guys on roller skates by the pool offering table service are brilliant! Haz in particular! So friendly! The beach is stunning with the beach bar and restaurant just beside it. Water park and kids club amazing!!! We will be back for many years to come! Thank you IC green palace for an amazing holiday and memories for a lifetime! Sarah.

Ic Green Palace Hotel is absolutely beautiful especially for family. All staff is very friendly and kindly especially Mehmet . He readied to help us every time in the pool areaIf we need sun loungeror anything ,he quickly find it for everybody. He is very helpful. Thank you Mehmet for everything.

Great Kids Hotel- very busy in August, but my kids loved it! food is amazing and we really enjoyed mexican restaurant - have to go there!! Huseyn is the best waiter ever!! Also the Guest Service is good - we contacted them via whatsapp always

From start to finish it was just an amazing holiday. Our first time staying here and definitely won't be our last! Friendly and attentive service from the staff Our Villa was lovely.
