The services are excellent and very considerate. They have good food and amenities for kids family. There was free of charge cot for babies. The staff are polite and tried to fulfill every need we had.

Very nice hotel. Only 17 rooms. Our room is very spacious. I would have liked to have some outdoor seats. The outdoor hot spring pools are not shared with other guests. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. The food is good and portions are generous. Nice staff too!

房間整潔無異味，服務人員熱情有禮。感覺真的是賓至如歸，不愧為頂奢酒店。小陳管家幫免費升級至泳池別墅。非常感謝🙏🏻Stella安排的景區服務非常貼心，感謝您哦。也麻煩小陳管家了。一切都安排周到。還有前台小姐姐每天貼心地提醒用餐時間，幫忙預訂。對於我們提出的問題和服務的需求反饋迅速，及時到位。一切都是最好的安排😁。鐵板燒是酒店的美食擔當了，值得一試。總之是一次非常好的度假體驗。有空了還會再來😄

房間無可挑剔，是我住過最大的別墅酒店，之前在武夷山椿泊住過，院子沒這麼大，前台帥哥還幫我們升級了帶泳池的房間，真是個大驚喜。進屋先遊了個泳，晚上在房間泡了個天然私湯温泉，鐵板燒也是好吃到無敵，女兒説下次一定要再來。

首先我是五一來度假的和老婆兩個人，不是託也不是付費點評，純個人感受絕對真實。總體評價，悦泉行館是我們住過所有度假酒店裡能排得進前三的好度假酒店。環境沒的説作為全球奢侈品牌，整體酒店的裝修非常考究，衞生情況也沒的説，別墅的庭院設計的很好，住宿的舒適度能對得起這個價錢。
重點説一下服務，不管是拉的這個服務羣提前安排，我們的陳管家還有主管經理Stella都非常負責，入住過程中有一些不夠完善的地方相應特別及時。任何酒店體驗客户要的都是態度和應對措施，這一點悦泉行館完全做到了。我們很滿意。
總之推薦給所有來度假的朋友們，這裏值得。
