We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

住了3種房型，房間多種選擇，空調很夠，早餐也很好。酒店外觀很有情調，裏面設施還算新。最好的是位置，景觀，背山面海，出門就是海灣，非常多的餐廳。

We stayed here for 3 nights in late Sept 2025. We did not have an enjoyable experience, basically this hotel is over-rated and needs to be re-evaluated. It is not 4 star, it has some good features, such as the restaurant but when we stayed a lot of the hotel was wound down since the summer finished. This was disappointing especially as we could not get food near the pool, and the restaurant ran the dinner menu at lunchtime….When we asked why, we were told this is what is normal. As the place was pretty full, this was hard to understand. Also, the beach across the road is a joke! For us it was expensive and we would not recommend this place at all. It put a sad feeling about Arenzano in us.

Assuming they don't tell you so they don't get bothered

If you are considering this hotel for your wedding or any important celebration — think twice. We held our wedding here, and what should have been the happiest day of our lives was ruined by one waitress. At 11:00 PM, without warning, she began clearing tables, turned off the lights, stopped the music, and even removed plates of food from in front of our guests who were still eating. The entire atmosphere collapsed in minutes. A wedding is supposed to be unforgettable — but thanks to this shocking and disrespectful behavior, ours was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Truly unacceptable, and I would never recommend this place for any special event.

It‘s an old Hotel which is still okay. The view from our room was a dream. But i‘m a bit disappointed by the staff, because we waited for more than 45 min. Because of a sudden malfunction of our safe. But it‘s okay, i guess we can just sometimes close our eyes and let it just slip away. It‘s just that, i hope for next time to not let the guest wait for almost an hour. But it could be worse than this, so it‘s okay.

The hotel is nice, the staff is excellent, we had one problem, the girls at the reception immediately responded and helped us, I want to write a special thanks to Evgenia. Good breakfast , the hotel is very conveniently located, spacious room, the sea by the beach from the hotel is very clean, excellent service, we really liked everything
