SpringHill Suites Asheville

I love everything about this trip. The staff was really nice and the room was so clean.

Friendly service and clean! We enjoyed our stay..nice pool, Carrabba's Italian gril is essentially in the same parking lot. Very convenient location. There was a little construction work being done but nothing interfering with our stay :)

Clean room and overall appearance. Great room layout- very spacious. Laundry room available. Undergoing exterior renovations. Inside in excellent conditions. Breakfast was exactly the same EVERY morning- could improve. Would definitely return.

Property was being updated so a bit messy but very well handled by staff.

I stayed here with my mom a few days ago when we visited Asheville, and it is what one would expect of a typical SpringHill Suites: mostly clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, a solid complimentary breakfast that includes 2 waffle makers, has a pool, and is reasonably priced. Something different about this particular property is that it doesn’t have a hot tub with its pool, which was slightly disappointing, but the pool was fine. There was always plenty of parking, and the hotel is less than 10 minutes away from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. My only other complaints are that the rooms are bit old and run down (I noticed several spots of wallpaper beginning to peel off in our bathroom), and that, for some reason, when housekeeping came to our room they only made one of the queen sized beds, and not both? We weren’t expecting housekeeping to even come by since we were only there for 2 nights, so it was fine, just very strange. Despite this, we had a good experience overall!

Room was very clean, check in and check out was super quick and easy, hot breakfast was included and it was good!

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a varied breakfast and an indoor pool. It was also easy to find. We were visiting the Biltmore estate the next day, and the gentleman at night was kind enough to print out directions for us. Our main concern was that there was only one elevator which needed maintenance, and we encountered guests leaving the elevator with their 3 dogs. We were not aware that non-service dogs were allowed, as my husband has severe allergies. I spoke with Farrah about my concern and she was very professional and caring. She mentioned that changes were coming to bring it up to Marriott standards. All in all, it was a positive experience.
