Pictures shown are false. Breakfast is horrible. One of the waffle irons had handles that were loose and couldn't be used. No manager on duty in the evening. Guy at desk was rude when we told him our room hadn't been serviced. Exterior grounds need attention.

This hotel was just off the exit from the highway and was so easy to find. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, toast, cereal, sausage, eggs, orange juice, coffee, and other breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed. During my stay, the odor coming from the front desk employee was extremely strong and unpleasant for multiple days in a row. It was noticeable throughout the lobby area, and several guests and even staff members were commenting about it. A hotel’s first impression starts at the front desk, and unfortunately this created a very uncomfortable experience. I hope management addresses the issue professionally because cleanliness and presentation are a major part of hospitality.

Improved since the last visit. Clean room, quiet environment. The walls are still thin, and not everything works, but the parking is safe and plentiful, the amenities are pleasant, and the staff are friendly. Worth a second chance!

The new lady at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, welcoming, and has such a warm smile that makes you feel right at home. She truly adds something special to the hotel experience! 💛

When booking, requested a quieter part of the hotel as I have a sound sensitivity disability (hyperacusis), specifically noting the ADA specific disability. Was told "subject to availability". They seemed to fixate on handicapped room, not a request for noise sensitivity which are not the same. Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel wasnt very busy, however, their "subject to availability" mean "wherever we want to put you". We even went as far as to We ended up on a busy part of the hotel, kids running back and forth all day/evening, doors slamming. We also apparently had a herd of cattle above us because all evening, close to even midnight,,,,,slamming things, making more than reasonable amounts of noise, even escalating further after we called the desk 3 times over an hour 1/2. The next morning, 6am, they were at it again. I do understand this is a hotel and there will be some level of noise, but it is clear that the the hotel does not have any ability to handle disability accommodations-not even an offer to move our room.....just place us in the loudest part of the hotel, too bad. And to top it off, we were offered a $12.00 voucher for another stay. I would strongly suggest if you have any sort of accommodation request, seek alternate lodging

Great stay near Biltmore. We booked through a third party and when it caused confusion the staff was remarkable. They worked through the confusion and were very pleasant.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel has many issues. Upon checking in late Friday night, several sketchy people standing against a wall just staring. Parking is an issue as well. Upon entering the hotel, people were smoking by the door, you had to hold your breath to walk in. Friday night, people above us were running up and down the hallway for an hour. At 11:30p Saturday we were woken by a car doing donuts in front of the entrance, this went in for 15 minutes! Sunday morning at check out, I inquired about this, nonchalanty, we were told they were grieving a death in the family 😳 no apologies, whatsoever. There was also fighting in the early hours. The breakfast was a joke! No sausage or eggs, forks were gone. There are too many choices of Asheville hotels, to put up with this nonsense. If you want a good nights sleep, don't stay here.

Comfortable beds, appeared clean, staff very friendly. However will not be using this hotel again. Bad cockroach problem, we rented two rooms, both had visible live roaches, definitely need exterminator.
