Great location and old Soviet building. Breakfast average but takeaway coffee cups good. Not enough sweet times and cakes were never topped up.

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.
