The hotel ‘s lost and found is so bad. Hotel couldn't find my gift. I don't know if the housekeeping take it or the next batch of guests take it. I unhappy. Such a high-end hotel has such poor service. If the guests take it my gift,prove the housekeeping does not clean properly.r

Very beautiful and well designed hotel.
You can sit on the couch and enjoy the beautiful view through out the windows. Everything is cozy.
The location is quite good, just right in the corner of Britomart station. It’s really convenient and enjoyable to stay here.
