The Hotel is stunning and catches your eye when you enter through its massive lobby. The staffs are super friendly and welcoming and they will greet you and ask you how are you doing any where you bump into them in the Hotel Area. The hotel is designed in such a way that you have to walk a lot to reach the lobby specially if you have booked the Ocean Court Deluxe room like we did. The walk is not too enjoyable though which is one thing I didn't like about the hotel. The amenities are decent and the service is really of high standard. It has a lot of activities to do within the hotel area which is another big plus for this hotel. Overall a decent stay here for us.

One of the nicest upgraded suites I’ve stayed at. Complete with plunge pool. Resort grounds are incredible. Entire staff is accommodating. Excellent stay.

Definitely feeling pampered with the stay here. Wonderful breakfast, tea and cocktail hour. Rooms though slightly old, was well maintained. We had lunch at Baiyun and food was good. There is even a retail shop stocked with local designer wares.

Stay here for the 2nd time. It’s still breathtaking, the design architecture is just simply amazing. Service are on the top level, it has basically everything you need inside. Highly recommend.

I recently checked in for what was supposed to be a quick one-night escape, but honestly? It felt like I’d accidentally booked a lifetime subscription to bliss. From the moment I arrived, every detail screamed “luxury”.
And the staff? They’re the unsung heroes who turn a hotel stay into a heartfelt hug from a long-lost friend. From the security up front, check-in staff, room service up, swimming pool, buggy, restaurant, up to the valet staff are professional and full of smile.
My room was a sprawling sanctuary that could easily host a small family reunion. High ceilings, plush king beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathrooms? A spa in disguise, with bath-up, rain showers that rival any monsoon and bathtubs begging for a good book and bubbles.
Look, no place is perfect—except maybe this one, but I’ll play along. Here’s my exhaustive list of drawbacks, straight from the heart (and a mild case of FOMO):

My partner and I went there for a second honeymoon and was impressed by the hotel. I booked it due to the unique architecture/design of the hotel, but seeing thru pictures and seeing thru your very own eyes and experiencing the hospitality is not the same. The service was tip top, we totally felt special/royal even soon as we step into the hotel compound. The food selection for breakfast was plenty so does the restaurant within the vicinity.

**Amazing Resort Experience!**
