優點: ⭐地理位置可能是曼谷最佳，避開了擁堵到可怕的素坤逸大道，就在購物中心One Bangkok，吃東西非常方便，晚上One Bangkok廣場氛圍也很舒服，BTS，Lumphini公園就在旁邊 ⭐游泳池一級棒，面朝倫坡尼公園Lumphini，日照充足，噴水池小朋友很喜歡（早餐户外區也是這個景色，很美）缺點: 💔我怎麼也沒想到，居然在麗茲卡爾頓會出現網絡差的問題，平板看劇卡得沒辦法，打了一次前台電話，態度很好，説會聯繫IT，後來也沒有人跟我check一下好了沒有。反正也沒有好轉，最後用的手機熱點連結。我其實可以再繼續打電話，我就覺得很傻，怎麼會在這個酒店遇到網絡不好這種基本設施問題，又不是平價酒店😓 💔歡迎點心的餐具盒裡面有根頭髮。小朋友吃了一些，晚上回來，整理夜床的服務員沒有端走盤子。第二天中午回來，打掃的人同樣沒有端走盤子（反而把前一晚的睡前零食端走了），第二天晚飯左右，我放門口叫人端走的）就不是很懂這個服務邏輯。 💔minibar幾乎全是收費酒類飲品，都沒有空間放我們自己買的飲料。贈送的水，連一瓶蘇打水也沒有。也有點cheap了。 💔早餐我第二輪點了一杯咖啡，一杯巧克力。服務員其實可能忘了（他接完我們的單以後跟後面一位泰國女士客人聊了很久），因為等了很久都沒來，中間我們右邊左邊桌的咖啡都來了。後來我又問他一次，過了一會兒才來。總的來説，地理位置確實優越，比隔了一條街的凱賓斯基等等都更方便。大體的舒適也有，特別是曼谷現在普通五星酒店也就3-4星的情況下，還是舒服很多的。但是，有點失望，麗茲卡爾頓不應該衹是普通五星酒店吧。説一下噪音問題，酒店在十字路口，陽台房的確有噪音。但在曼谷這個很難避免，摩託車太吵了。但是晚上10-11點左右就小很多，早上也還好。衹要睡眠不是特別輕，問題不大。

Service is good and front office staffs bring me to the room and I feel it’s respectful and staffs are polite. They tidy up the room twice a day. Its nice. Also it locates next to one Bangkok shopping mall, 7-11, drinks, adidas, skin cares and restaurants are inclusive, next to the mall, it’s a station of one Bangkok, traffic is convenient but the traffic jam is serious. I will come again and thank you all staffs who serviced us and gave us a good impression. Thanks!

A very welcoming greetings when I arrived the hotel. Frot Desk escort me to the room and introduce the hotel facilities. Room is very spacious, clean and cosy. Breakfast @Lily is excellent with alot of varieties. Cocktails @Caleo is suprising. Definitely revisit again on my next trip to BKK.

Whenever I travel to a new city and im deciding on my lodging, the first thing I do is check if theres a Ritz Carlton, you can never be disappointed by booking a stay at the Ritz Carlton, and so it was my pleasant surprise to see that they are in Bangkok! My only disappointment is not being able to book a suitable room with a Balcony in time. The staff, amenities, rooms, service are always the best and that holds true for this location as well. Never hesitate to stay at the Ritz Carlton As always what a view! Very reminiscent of the Ritz Carlton Central Park view!

對RC報了很大的期待離Onebanhkok 很近很方便環境：漂亮非常喜歡酒店所有的花很有品味大堂的蓮花池很有特色配合落地窗的城市景觀很出片而且有記憶點。酒店的視頻拍的太好了結合了本地特色和太極城市感國際感很高級。服務：員工都是很熱情的笑我要重點推薦酒店的早餐真的出品太好了特別是麪包蛋糕絕絕子天花板設施：要吐槽奢牌酒店淋浴水那麼小的嗎？洗的很難受隔音非常差味道還是特別重因為鼻子敏感所以每天晚上咳嗽。晚上廣場有活動竟然4點都給吵醒了麥克風音響連環吵電話問了下員工並沒有給任何措施説換房誰大晚上換第二天退房也沒有人再解釋這個事情早餐！雖然是天花板但是每天早上吃完了出去站在領位的兩個小姐姐都沒有打招呼當沒看見的禮賓部服務真的很好！點贊👍 看到女GM氣場還是很強的，而且每天都親力親為在在餐廳幫忙整體覺得這酒店有點像個花瓶內在還差了點比我上次住柏悦感受還是差了點是那種舒適感不夠

The stay was amazing — way better than I expected. 🔸The room was spotless, and all the amenities were Diptyque’s Philosykos scent, which happens to be my favourite. 🔸The Club Lounge is 100% worth the upgrade. For the extra money, it basically works like a full-board plan — you could easily have 5 meals a day if you wanted. Food changes throughout the day and you can have free flow of champagne during dinner! Everything I tried was excellent. 🔸Breakfast at Lily’s was honestly top notch. Four buffet stations plus an à la carte menu, and everything was delicious .. they even had the best congee in the world (IMO). Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Special shoutout to Chida at Lily’s, who was so warm and attentive — she really made the mornings memorable. 🔸The gym offers free classes. I joined a Muay Thai session and ended up being the only guest, so it felt like a private lesson. The trainer was super professional and made it really fun. 🔸I also tried the sauna/steam area, which has a whirlpool and even a salt room like a Korean Jimjilbang. The coolest part? They only allow one pair of guests per session, so the privacy is unbeatable. 🔸The staff was super friendly - which can be a bit overwhelming for an introvert like me😬. But I truly appreciated their attentiveness and genuine care. All in all, this hotel nails the balance between luxury and comfort without going over the top. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone heading to Bangkok.

超愛這間酒店，光線特別好，坐在陽台上看對面的公園讓人暖暖的。房間的裝修風格長在了我的審美上，尤其是衞生間。浴袍是最近住的酒店裡麪最棒的，超級柔軟舒適。早餐也很棒。酒店步行去隔壁的商場，購物吃飯都很方便！一定會再去。
