Capella Bangkok

Capella Bangkok, what more can I say? It's the pinnacle. The stay was truly comfortable and private. It was ranked the number one hotel globally in 2024, and third last year. This year, I even made a special trip to stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong for three days, just to see what the number one hotel was like. But in the end, I still felt Capella Bangkok suited my family's tastes best. Capella's logo features two eight-pointed stars, one large and one small, representing two actual celestial bodies revolving around each other. This symbolizes the guest as the larger star, and the staff as the smaller one, always revolving around the guest. At Capella, and specifically at this Bangkok location, the hotel can meet almost all of your requests. Finally, I must mention a young man who left a particularly deep impression on me: a service attendant who truly provided us with meticulous service for our entire family. My wife even specifically asked for his name. I told him I'm a Ctrip Black Diamond partner, which is a decent status, and that I absolutely had to write a good review for him. He said he was an intern at Capella. I truly believe that such an excellent employee should be kept at Capella. For him, it's a very important job, but for the hotel, isn't he precisely that small eight-pointed star below the Capella logo? Lastly, I want to formally write down his name: Zach. I hope the hotel management reads this positive review.

All the staff are friendly and the accommodation is generally well-maintained. The view is not bad, and it's great that it's close to most tourist attractions. You can do everything you need indoors.
