Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is by far the worst. Besides the fake smiles from the staff, the biggest issue was the blatant ******, especially towards Asian guests. Turndown service wasn't even done – my clothes were just left unfolded on the bed. The public areas were under renovation right when you walked in, a complete mess. For the price, the environment was absolutely dreadful 👎. Seriously, if you're reading this review, do NOT stay here. Don't let the Four Seasons group trick you into wasting your money.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. From the moment you arrive to the hotel to leaving, everything was seamless. I love the wellness center and the available classes/options they have. I highly recommend trying a Muay Thai class, it was super fun and invigorating! The complimentary daily activities were also amazing. Every staff I’ve met have been extremely welcoming, polite and friendly. Everyone there ensures you’re well taken care of, it’s truly world class top notch service.

I cannot flaw this hotel at all, the hotel ground is like an oasis in the city. I have always wanted to find a place thats resort like within bangkok, and this is it, Four Seasons does not disappoint.
Staff, room, breakfast (omg I love the breakfast), and the bar on site are all on point. If I have to flaw one thing is probably the location because its not in the center where all the actions are happening.

A kids friendly hotel. Our kids stay there and even don’t want to leave. We leave our kids there for couple of hours and have safe in mind.

The hotel's location is great. There's a shuttle boat that takes you directly to the mall across the river in about an hour. From the mall, you can catch a boat to attractions like the Grand Palace. However, the breakfast is really disappointing with very limited options.
