第一次來保定，帶着父母溜達溜達，預訂的家庭房，本來想多住兩天，住了一天果斷退房了，房間裝修的味道太大，牆紙都脱落了，好歹粘上啊，床頭櫃上，開關上一層土，早都預訂了，入住前應該提前開窗通風，如果房間有幾天沒住是不是也打掃一下。

很新，設計也好看，房間空間大，衞生間乾濕分離，空間也大。就是浴室裏沒有任何架子可以放東西，有點不方便，希望能按裝一個。服務態度很好，稍微再熱情點就好了。一句話我説了好幾遍也沒搭理。下次再選這家。

設施：各方面設施都比較新能趕上五星級酒店了衞生環境好
服務：辦入住的時候前台很貼心的倒了熱水給我們，還給拿了入住小禮品並告知如果對哪款零食比較喜歡可以打電話給他們送，真不錯，來保定一直住他們家。還會幫忙拿行李，服務做到了熱情周到滿分。
外賣有機器人送，非常的及時，總之真的很推薦的。

這次來保定從攜程上看了很多家酒店，最後選擇了鉑漫，非常好的一家酒店，酒店位置和環境還有服務都出乎意外的好，尤其是前台熱情周到，天涼了每人給一瓶温熱的礦泉水，房間衞生特別乾淨也很寬敞，早餐豐富，非常滿意！

如果不是前台態度好，真想直接退房走人。
先説説房間吧，不知道是不是因為新裝修的，味道很大，尤其床頭的木板，特別嗆人。再説説衞生，住了這麼多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，還好當時自己帶了一次性床品，要不真不知道會蓋什麼人蓋過的被子，躺在什麼人躺過的床，非常明顯床單壓根就沒換，上一個人退房後直接拽平整，接待下一個人。翻來一組枕頭一根毛，還好床上就兩組枕頭。更奇葩的是，酒店給我打電話我沒接到，就在平台上聯繫店家，是不是給我打過電話，店家直接回復這不是他們電話，等我打回去，接電話的就是酒店，還告訴我這個電話不經常用，所以不知道。真的很無語
