Awesome Hotel, great service, excellent meals, very comfortable and clean, I recommend this hotel motel to business people as it’s easy to check in, refresh, walk into the bistro and order a awesome meal. Then back to your room to relax make a coffee watch some TV & have a sound sleep, waking up refreshed for your day!!

Comfortable place to stay!

We popped into the beer garden on Saturday afternoon and we were shocked so many drinking parents and kids running wild everywhere with little to no supervision from a parent, they have a play ground and we watched kids bashing other kids, screaming and kids going in and out of the bar area getting drinks. The garden area was unclean and not very inviting. We were literally appalled at the behaviour of the parents thinking this was okay for kids and who drives home with these kids? I didn’t see any non alcoholic drinks getting bought by these apparent responsible adults. Even the bar man working said it was feral and the parents don’t supervise their kids. I would never visit this place again I was saddened for the kids, shocked by the parents and disappointed with the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The air conditioning worked effectively, ensuring a comfortable environment, and the bar provided a convenient and enjoyable option for refreshments. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would be happy to stay again.

It wasn't the friendliest of welcomes I'm afraid. We arrived at 1.30 to be told in rather a gruff manner that check in wasn't for another 30 minutes! We have been travelling this country for 2 years and have never had anyone quibble about 30 minutes before. However she did go and check whether our room was ready and unsurprisingly it was. I was then presented with a set of rules to sign with the comment, "don't lose the key because it's $300 and it comes out of your pocket not ours". With the tone I was being spoken to I felt rather like a naughty school girl. Then after requesting a ground floor room in the booking due to mobility issues we were directed to a top floor room on the far end of the building. We were offered an alternate room on the ground floor but it was next to a construction site. It was not the friendly welcome you would expect from a hospitality establishment which we had chosen . As far as the room goes, it was clean and adequate, however I would suggest a few basic additions like a box of tissues in the bathroom and maybe more than one chair in a room which sleeps 3 people. We chose not to spend our money in the bistro.
