一場臨時起意的出行，選擇了這裏。一開始的忐忑從來到這裏的一刻，慢慢地消除了。熱情周到的專屬管家服務（這裏強烈表揚我的管家:Ada👩！），各個環節的服務人員都讓我有賓至如歸的感覺:温泉、禮賓、餐廳，興趣工坊就不一一列舉了。（看到孩子不開心會主動給詢問緣由，拿冰淇淋安撫孩子；會每天詢問需求等等）
房間情況:房間的拖鞋是厚軟底的，這點很難得。馬桶圈和浴缸都有一次性用品，很細節。洗護用的是歐舒丹，真的很好用，走的時候買了兩瓶。全屋出的窗簾都由一個ipad總控，很方便。枕頭有很多種，有枕頭菜單可供選擇。房間裏的硬件稍顯陳舊，但是不失乾淨大氣，可以接受。
關於餐廳:早上的自助餐味道不錯，特別是水果區域，強迫症大喜。而且一大早就有羊排和牛排，愛吃肉的我吃嗨了，午飯直接省了。
連吃了兩晚的中餐廳也推薦，雖然汛期沒有吃到大魚。有點遺憾，但是辣椒炒肉和刀板香也彌補了
不少。
關於温泉:一共12個泡池，選擇好了你就能得到一個風景絕佳的私湯。孩子姥姥很喜歡的生薑和枸杞，説泡完了身上滑溜溜的。這兩個都是最高40°。孩子4歲，也覺得温度適宜。
鹽蒸，頌缽、瑜伽、各種工坊、大型小童樂園。每個項目體驗感都不錯，就不一一贅述了。
上到長輩，下到孩子，都頻頻稱讚的親子度假酒店。京郊的酒店裡，從今以後海灣半山是首選。

連續兩個週末都在海灣半山酒店渡過，第一個週末公司開會，體驗很棒，還沒離開就預訂了第二個和家人的旅行……
房間佈置不錯，就是北京夏天多雨有點兒潮，第一晚覺得被褥潮乎乎的。
酒店設施齊全，各種課程活動非常豐富，原本想周邊逛一下去水庫吃魚，結果每天在酒店都安排的滿滿的，各種活動和美食根本不想出去！
衞生：衞生也非常棒，細緻乾淨整潔。爬山路上遇到兩位大姐打掃山間徒步小道，注意到我們餐廳的服務人員擦桌子也是細緻到位……
服務：服務堪稱完美，關鍵Vivian是個非常漂亮且温柔的小姐姐，細緻耐心，對我們的服務也是面面俱到，關心有加！在酒店吃了六餐飯，所有服務的小哥哥小姐姐也都非常nice！正好趕上閨女生日，收到了Vivian姐姐的禮物和蛋糕，過了一個開心又難忘的生日！
老媽説：這是她住酒店體驗最棒的一次，國慶還要再來！
景色也一級棒，入住第二天趕上特別好的天氣！

管家Vivian全程跟進入住體驗，服務非常的到位，店內碰到的服務人員也都有禮貌，笑盈盈的讓人感覺很放鬆，登山徒步、游泳、瑜伽、泡湯、各種球類，家人玩的都很開心，是放鬆的好地方，有機會下次再來

酒店為客人配備管家，帶着入住房間，介紹各種設施和各種項目的預約事項，有事隨時提供幫助，很人性化。酒店硬件設施非常棒，房間很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，浴缸泡澡可以看電視。房間外有陽台，可以欣賞山景。迷你冰箱裏有10種飲料，免費，很貼心。酒店贈送的免費體驗項目別具一格，缽頌和呼吸唱誦是印度人主持，很專業。瑜伽是另一個很帥的印度小夥領着練，很專業，一個小時下來大汗淋漓。穿酒店的浴袍和洞洞鞋去游泳和泡湯。泳池長30米左右，旁邊有一些戲水小池子。半山温泉有12個池子，以12蛇生肖命名，開了7個，有牛奶浴、金銀花浴、藏浴等，邊泡邊欣賞風景，夏天蚊子較多。早上自助餐種類多，西式和中式分兩個區域，味道不錯，咖啡好喝。體育館和健身房看着也挺好，沒有時間體驗。總之，這個酒店從硬件到體驗，都可以打滿分，強烈推薦。

設施：遛娃玩水的好地方，半山四季湯池按生肖來，一個生肖一個屋子。有時候會遇到與其他家庭在一起。整體還行。中餐廳出餐較慢，味道可圈可點，西餐廳出餐還行，味道也不錯。早餐就不説了跟大家反饋的一樣，排隊排隊
衞生：整體還行，畢竟是北京周邊數一數二的親子酒店
環境：房間中式風格，整個酒店在山裡，安靜空氣很好，酒店有自己爬上路線，因急着退房未挑戰成功，下次去第一天就去爬
服務：整體還是尊重客户，行程過程中我們的管家faye很貼心，小盆友和大人的活動都很多，差不多都是預約制，faye協助幫忙搞定。體育中心Bob具體解決問題能力，這是這塊服務員太少了，就他一人，一會電話一會登記，一會找東西，下面撈魚的小池子也看着。撈魚的小池子開放時間讓我們幾位家裡有不滿的地方，第一天趕上雨，第二天小盆友又想玩，又涉及到週日退房
總之，本次行程一家人都還是很滿意，也會繼續選擇，望酒店不忘初心，越辦越好。
建議，可根據數據調查一下，大家喜歡的活動項目，可考慮空間大些，容納人數多點。或多排課。

房間比較偏歐式，床很舒服。智能化控制燈，但窗簾是手動。床頭沒有USB口，辦公桌上有一個。房間地面有落灰，走路後能明顯看到。房間沒有孩子的一些上廁所與洗漱的設施。
餐廳的話衹有兩家，一家西餐廳一家中餐廳，菜量很足，味道也很好吃，西餐廳遇到有團隊包場沒有空座，不建議進去，這一點接待的服務人員並沒有提前同步訊息，所以白跑了一趟有點不開心。
中餐廳餐品不錯，服務也很好，所以中午晚上我們都去吃了（主要也實在沒別的可以吃😹）
再説最期待的湯泉，夏天去被咬死。蚊子多的不行，每一個池子的人都在喊被咬一身包，噴葯和電蚊香基本沒用，有的池子也沒有電蚊香。建議搞點強力的或者採用些什麼措施，這一點我們覺得非常失望，尤其都是帶孩子去的，孩子被咬的一身根本下不去。
遊樂設施的話比較大，但是適合3歲以下寶寶的不多，另外室內的高梁存在安全隱患，兩個外國男孩在遊樂室的2-3米高處沒有任何保護的情況下走來走去，而沒有工作人員看護和提醒，一旦出現意外，後果不堪設想。
總之，雖然環境整體不錯，但對於全球100的親子酒店來講，應該不會再來了。

第一次住這家酒店，給我的感受是這一次短期出遊選擇這家酒店真的是非常明智的選擇。 泡在湯池裡，遠方是雲霧繚繞的山峯，太適合靜靜的享受當下，輕鬆愉快。 酒店的早餐豐富可口，晚餐中餐廳粵菜也值得去體驗。 總體來説，服務、住宿環境、設施配套，都是卓越級，一定會再來。
