Overall services was average not pro-active. Room was well designed except the bathroom was too small and the air extractor was bad when you are taking hot tub and showers.
We like the landscaping and the surrounding gardens with the linkway. Dinner was wonderful with great service. The breakfast was very disappointed.

What a marvellous place. The nature combined with sophisticated technology and beautiful personalized architecture makes you feel cozy and relaxed. The place is even more unique because of the people that take care of it. They observe every movement of yours to fulfill your every necessity. The manager (Liza) personally took care to book an activity ticket that we couldn't do because of the language, thank you (name) and every personnel that works there. Every single detail was thoughtful, from the suites, candle ambience, goodnight soup, to welcome drinks, and so on, and that makes a difference to make you feel special in this spiritual oasis.

悉曇應該是我暫時最喜歡的國內品牌酒店 酒店衹有 38 間房 而且 12 歲以下是不接待 所以相對很安靜 適合度假休閑 而酒店的裝修細節 管家服務都無可挑剔 外加餐廳全部由新榮記打理 不管西餐還是中餐都美味 總體下來 性價比非常高 還會之後再來 😊

酒店園林設計的很美，每一個房間都很私密，一步一景。衞生條件和設施都沒的説。如果房間能有一支筆之類的就好了。整個服務總體不錯，但有很大提高的地方，比如，迎賓應該給水。酒店的早餐廳半自助很好，特別是豬油拌粉很好吃，吃了兩碗。晚餐在西餐廳RB用餐，牛排五成熟，實際應該七成熟了，稍微有點老了。其他都很好，服務人員總體很熱情，但管家服務沒啥亮點，本來説好的到大門口給潭拓寺門票，並沒有給門口，説好的好好介紹庭院，也沒人聯繫，為了避免麻煩，衹好自己逛一逛。酒店除了不同時段的電影，也沒任何組織的活動，半邊雲那裡的會客廳和禪修室應好好給客人利用起來，不然就是擺設。酒店硬件無可辯駁，軟件還有很大進化空間。

需求不能及時到位，很多都不能滿足；那邊較偏不是很好打車，酒店很多設施也還行，衞生倒是很乾凈，就是感覺太過於商業化，很多不能及時處理。沒有達到預期
