Magic Natura Resort

The resort had loads to do! The zoo is fantastic, the waterpark is great! The resort also puts on a free bus to take you to into Benidorm. There is also an app which shows you whats on everyday so you can plan your days. We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. However, the food is awful! It was cold, looked under cooked and most days we were living on chips and bread. Some of the staff are so lovely and friendly and couldn't do more to help! But some fo seem ignorant which was disappointing. The pools on the resort were freezing! It was more like an ice bath! As a family we were unable to use the pools for this reason.

An amazing experience. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them. Playing and speaking even when just passing. Really made the holiday so much more fun for Emily and Aria and us an hours timeout Thank you. Food was plentiful and choice was good. Personally loved breakfast and lunch but snacks were all great too ! Varied daily for lunch dinner with a good selection. Great pools, Bars , drink choice amazing and good zoo was amazing as was water park Everything we could have wanted for a family holiday. Cant fault it. Definitely be back.

Just returned home and time to add my review and leave the group. Firstly we had the best holiday with so much fun and laughter - I do think it's important to remember a holiday is what you make if it. Water Park is brilliant so glad this was included as the hotel pools arnt very big . Food and drinks being included on all inclusive at the water park is great (upstairs bar only) , my little girl did the mermaid experience and loved it - well worth it - they was brilliant with her and the photos are so sweet. The zoo - we enjoyed walking round so much - we love animals and there's a fantastic selection here. We booked the reptile experience, elephant experience and night safari (at extra cost direct to the zoo) and wow these did not disappoint . Reptile experience was amazing - €35per adult €25 per child - it was a whole hour and the guy was so knowledge- we held bull frogs , spiders, scorpions, lizards and snakes - highly recommend. The elephant experience is great if you love elephants - tour of the inside enclosure - then they bring in an elephant and demonstrate some things they do with the elephants day to day to care for them - truly beautiful animals and you can see how the keepers love them. Night safari was basic but fun - for €20pp worth it - got to feed some deer and the elephants- plus was just so cool walking round the zoo at night in a private group - kids loved it. Now the hotel......we stayed in the Polynesian 2 bed lodge- was spotless on arrival and the cleaners are fab - the bathroom requires some updating but overall was very happy with the accommodation. It's been said a 1000 times on here but THE HILL. I knew to expect it but by the end of the week I have to say I was fed up walking up it. This week the bus/train was broken typically, the golf buggies were happy to take you but they was not coming regularly . Bars - the ques are bad...some of the worst I've encountered - during the evening entertainment your looking at 20minutes to get a drink unless your premium board . Having said that ...bar staff friendly and drinks branded , the upstairs bar in the evening by the speciality restaurants is fab - even get a frozen glass for your beer. Now here is whete everyone seems divided and I think it comes down to personal opinion. FOOD Personally - some of the most basic food I've had at an all inclusive . I'm not fussy - I eat most things . I always found something to eat but bland food . Very basic . And I do question if all of it is being kept at a temperature hot enough as sometimes was luke warm . The main buffet chaos is some of the worst I've encountered - more than 1 evening there was no tables - wr waited to have to clean our own table to sit and eat - we did complain to the hotel about this and was upgraded to premium dining - this solved the issue and we was happy with the set up of the premium dining buffet. Same menu but just quieter. Speciality restaurants Italian was nice definately worth a try We didn't

I really love this place it was our second time coming and we are looking at coming back in October i think this might be our yearly place to come the staff are amazing but the member who stood out was Teresa Moreno she was always happy to help and went above and beyond always had a smile on her face

Busy Family Resort. Tahiti Lodges are clean, with everything needed. Aircon x 2. Nepresso, kettle and fridge (stocked for arrival) Food, very busy in restaurant 3. But plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Few flies but nothing like mention in prior reviews. Pools are small but clean and no issue getting lounger for the biggest one. Smaller pools like infinity pool not for small children, no lounger to watch them. Bar at pool great, but always small que. Zoo visit was brief but was plenty to see. Water park made this holiday. It was brilliant, we ended up going 3 of the 6 available days. Also can you get food and drink in bar upstairs part of all inclusive l. The resort is big, the downfall of this holiday was lack of internal transport. Only for signs, we were not made aware wasnt running. Heat and hills not a great combo. But worked off the extra calories. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. It's very remote, up a hill so no shops closer than 1.8mile. (ALDI) Great week spend here. Would recommend.

This holiday was great mostly due to the company of the 20 people that had travelled. First impressions of the complex were great and as half of our party had been here 8 years ago expectations were very high. To start with the positives, the pool areas were great and there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds, there was plenty to do for the kids, the bars were mostly well staffed with queues being kept to a minimum. The site was clean and always seen the maintenance team running round in the there carts doing things. The negatives, the lodges seem very dated and this is based on what our friends experienced 8 years ago, flys in rooms and around the complex are unreal. Onto the food, breakfast was always cold, there was a couple of microwaves but would not expect to get my food then heat it up myself, again flys everywhere in the restaurant there was a guy doing omelettes but would be doing six every 5-10 minute (he seemed totally disinterested) with a queue. Walked in on tuesday and a lady is doing them but doing 6 a minute ensuring all customers are getting them without queuing. Had a few good dinners and teas but really great. Think the system of queuing is also a first for us in an all inclusive as sometimes it was backed to the main door. Evening entertainment was also very questionable. Onto the Zoo, really enjoyed our day here had an amazing time seeing all the animals. Kids loved it. Had a second walk through on a day we walked back from the watermark and walked through a bit we had missed on the first visit which was a bonus. The water park was brilliant on our first visit, had a great time on the slides and in the pools. Bar always had short queues as was the food. One lady working behind the bar though looked like she was forced to be there as she was always rolling her eyes an seemed totally disinterested when asking for drinks and food (wasn't just us that noticed it either). 2nd visit to the water park was completely different except for the lady behind the bar, queuing was mad, probably half an hour to 40 minutes although somebody had done a dump in the main pool of the complex so that might be why the numbers were up. As said had a great holiday with friends and family but don't think I would return. James
