Well the hotel was near the beach but the lights would be turned off when the guests were not in the Lobby. It has an odd feel that was a bit of a ghost town.
The walls were thin and the neighbouring guests could be heard. If there was intercourse happening, that would certainly have been audible.
Pool was mostly empty on the roof and the lights were off at night and we had to wait for the engineer to turn it back on.
Entertainment room was in a bad state. They need to fix it.

Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.

Staffs were responsible and responsive. There was sincerity when the room’s cleanliness was not up to standard with immediate actions. Location was great with shuttle services from Jetty. Spa experience was great on a non peak day with guest discount.

First night was okay, room is spacious and staffs are friendly. HOWEVER, on the second night, aircon in both rooms spoiled at 3+ am, and we got allocated to other rooms at 4:40 am as they cant seem fix it but the both aircons in the other rooms broke down too after 30 mins. So it was stuffy….mosquitoes came in… and we cant sleep at all. Other than that, it was an okay stay.

It was a perfect spot. Near Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo. Next to Lagoi Plaza. Accessible to the beach and mall. There are e-bikes which we could rent at SGD 20 per hour. Right behind the hotel there is a HUGE lake and i mean it, HUGE. We rented the e-bike to explore the area and the lake until my e-bike battery went down to one bar. Hahaha.. But it was an awesome experience. The pool however would be good if they have a heater. It was soooooo cold.

Location is great, the view from hotel is stunning. Staff are friendly and polite. Food also good. Bit the building are a bit old, if they make renovation it will be perfect place for family vacation.

The hotel facilities is very basic. The access to the beach is out of the hotel within a walking distance. The staff at the hotel are all extremely helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant experience from the hospitality.
