Cambria Hotels Boston Downtown - Seaport

The location isn’t very central, but the subway station is literally next to the hotel, which makes getting around Boston very convenient. My room was comfortable and quiet, although it faced a neighboring building rather than the road or railway, so there wasn’t much of a view. There were quite a few small maintenance and housekeeping issues: holes in the curtains, a leaking shower, an empty shower gel dispenser, and a garment steamer that didn’t work and had to be replaced. Nothing major, but more attention to detail would definitely help. The biggest disappointment was the service. The front desk staff seemed rather indifferent, and I didn’t feel particularly welcomed at either check-in or check-out. The complimentary breakfast voucher was a nice touch, although the breakfast itself was very basic. A decent option for a short stay, especially for the convenient subway access, but the service and maintenance could be improved.

Loved my stay, the room was clean, the furnishings were fairly new, and my floor was very quiet. Very close to the Broadway Metro Station, the bus line and lots of places to eat close by. My only issue was the free breakfast, can’t argue with free but the quality of what is being offered as continental could be better. I would definitely book here again.

Nice and clean hotel, located right next to a metro and bus station. The included breakfast was sufficient to get the day started. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve lived in Boston before so I knew having a hotel right next to the red line T was perfect for traveling through the city. The location isn’t noisy at all and it’s right by a ***** of restaurants and bars. Also for people who aren’t local it’s a 10 minute drive to the airport so it’s not far at all. One thing to note though is public parking is kinda far and the valet you have the request 30 minutes in advance to get your car (it’s also $59 a night as of July 2026). It is just next to metro station and bus stop around the corner, easy walking to downtown and wharf as well. There is a big supermarket in 10min walk. The area around is very safe and clean. The frontdesk staff is very friendly and warm welcoming. Good breakfast with fresh bakery and yorgut. The room looks smaller than the photo but bathroom is spacious. I love the gym room which has good equipments and space.

I appreciate the clean hotel and neighborhood. I felt safe as a solo business traveler and would recommend this hotel and location. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Overall good stay. Breakfast is just a gimmick. Rest all good.

Very small, but decent room. NO ability to stream anything on the TV. ONLY local channels and no screen mirroring. Due to a water main break, I was unable to shower.
