About 600 meters walk from the train station, it's a convenient location, and not far from the river. The overall feel is clean and spacious, and you can prepare simple meals yourself. The commercial center is on the other side of the train station.

I've stayed in 6 or 7 different apartment brands and locations this year, from Victoria to Queensland, and this was by far the worst experience. First off, as a Cllix chain apartment, it's unbelievable that the windows aren't soundproof. Being on the corner of Queen St and Ann St, the roar of cars passing by at night was deafening. Not to mention the crowds leaving bars downstairs on weekend nights, making a huge racket. I was only on the 7th floor this time; I can't imagine how much worse the noise would be on a higher floor... Plus, the room was tiny, and the kitchen didn't even have a rice cooker. Right after checking in and getting into the room, all the shower gel bottles in the bathroom were empty, so I had to go back to the front desk. Anyway, aside from the location (which is very close to Story Bridge), everything else was terrible. I'll definitely avoid this place in the future (especially since it wasn't cheap at $9500 for 5 nights).

The location is great, just about a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was also very convenient to cook our own meals, and having a dishwasher was a huge plus. However, the cleanliness was a letdown (there was a lot of hair on the carpet), and even for a serviced apartment, there wasn't much in terms of waste disposal or general services, which was a bit disappointing for the price. Still, it was the most spacious accommodation we stayed in during our trip, so overall it was a good experience!

Everything was perfect. We made some great memories here. It's close to the city center, and the nearby transportation, amenities, and large supermarket were all excellent!

Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the hotel! Great pool and gym!

The hotel room is a one-bedroom apartment, very spacious. The balcony offers views of the Story Bridge and the river, which is delightful with the changing lights at night. The pool on the 30th floor overlooks the city panorama, truly spectacular. I'll definitely come back again.
