This place is run down. The rooms needed renovation years ago: gaps in the floor, scuff marks everywhere, detached wallpaper, broken tub inlets, rotten corners and so on.
What's worse, they have annoying little money making schemes going on. Example: the room comes with a Nespresso professional (the flat uncommon capsules) coffee machine
You get one decaf and one regular capsule at check in. These are then not restocked but sold to you at around 4 USD a piece. Petty, annoying and time wasting.

I stayed at the hotel from September 10 to 13, 2025. I found the reception and other service providers (with the exception of security) extremely arrogant. It's clear that these staff are more polite than the reception, bar, and other services. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. The first two were, but the third wasn't. We left early every day and had to return tired at 3:00 PM and request cleaning. We had to vacate the room for it to be done. The air conditioning (which wasn't working) was another problem, as they refused to turn it on until I asked to check out. Spring is coming, and it's hot, above all, 25°C. Room temperature should be a guest's choice, because in my house, I choose and don't pay for a 5-star hotel to sleep poorly. Once again, I say this is not a recommendation.

Helpful staff speak conversational English and make things easy. Great location, rooftop pool and exercise room, buffet breakfast, everything you want… Puerto Madero has many fine restaurants and a natural preserve that keeps the neighborhood fresh.
