Over the past few years, we have stayed approximately 100 nights at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal. Everything about this property is incredible, but what sets Waldorf Astoria Pedregal apart is the people. Every member of the team is kind, passionate and dedicated to creating incredible experiences for guests. We were fortunate to get married in the beautiful lobby, which is pictured in this review. You will not regret spending your vacation at this special property! The team at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal will welcome you like family. My husband and I have stayed at The Pedergal the last 10 years and it’s magical every time. The service is always over the top thanks to our wonderful butler Daniel. Highly recommend Villa 2 and request Daniel. I can’t wait to see the new remodel in October.

The best Waldorf and service from room attendants to personal concierge to wait staff and pool team! These professionals set the bar for excellent and above-and-beyond service and style and grace. We were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and the Waldorf and the team members made it the memory we will never forget. We cannot recommend highly enough to put this on your list for a visit and stay. You will not regret it! They all know your name - I wish I could name all of them. From Rey and Libia, to Daniel Rgz, and our pool hosts Daniel, Fernando and all the others. And our morning wait staff. Muchas Gracias! Truly the best and greatest luxury experience by far!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel to celebrate a birthday. Check in is easy and got early check in based on my diamond status. We had birthday dinner at El Farallon and it was an amazing experience. We heard they will close and remodel during summer, looking forward to go back.

This was our fourth stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.  We were the next to the last guests to check out before they closed for their renovation.  It is easy to see how they are consistently ranked as one of the best resorts in the world and retained Two MICHELIN Keys for 2025.  All team members provide a five stars guest experience that celebrates the highest standards in hospitality.  Since our last visit, we were thrilled to learn that Mrs. Libia Ronco had recently been promoted to Resort Manager.  She has been there 17 years and seen several stages of Pedregal.  We are planning to return soon to witness the newly reimagined Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos.  Upon existing the tunnel at arrival, we were warmly greeted by the recently promoted Guest Experience Manager Mrs. Samara Alvarez.  She checked on us each day and was kind enough to give me a tour of some of the other villas I inquired about.  It is exciting to see that the Waldorf Astoria continues to hire, develop, retain, and promote their high potential team members like the two well deserving ladies.    We always look forward to retuning for breakfast at Don Manuel's with Salvador.  He always makes sure our day gets off to a great start and he knows how much we love the cinnamon rolls.  We've made several friends over the years and always look forward to seeing them.  Gino, Rey, and JP are just a few names but there are many more.  The property is truly stunning but the authentic and genuine hospitality of all team members is what makes the resort so special and keeps us coming back.  See you soon!
