Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre

The room was quite spacious, and there's a T&T Supermarket and a community commercial center nearby. It's also not too far to walk to the subway. The service was attentive; bottled water isn't provided in the room, but there's an ice machine in the hallway.

The hotel's hygiene and service were both excellent, and the airport pick-up service was smooth. I booked this hotel because it's the departure point for the Banff tour group I joined, making it a perfect transit stop. There's a supermarket and various dining options right next door, which is very convenient.

After a 15-day group tour of Canada, I was finally ready to settle down and get some much-needed rest in Calgary before continuing my journey with a rental car. I chose this hotel, and the facilities were great in every aspect. It had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, all very suitable for us 'Easterners.' The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was something that greatly affected us seniors: the constant noise from the air conditioner outside the window. It made it impossible for me to rest. Being overtired, it was really tough! I went to the front desk and saw a long line of guests waiting to check in, which clearly indicated the hotel was full and there were no rooms available to switch to. I endured it for two nights. I quickly moved to a nearby hotel to recover my energy.

The facilities are new, and the linens are nice. A few front desk staff members were not very polite. Everything else was good. It's an 8-minute walk to T&T Supermarket.

The room was spacious and clean, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient.
