LE PETIT - 5 min. Walk to Lake Resort or Downtown

We attended a party at the lake house resort for a friend and this little place couldn’t have been more perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lake and walking distance to the cute Main Street shops. We had 4 adults stay. Definitely tight but not uncomfortable at all. Very nicely put together, very clean. The hosts were very communicative and kind. Highly recommend and would stay here if we ever come back!

Our stay at Le Petit was perfect. The location is convenient to most everything in town, it was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were quality and generous (towels, etc) It's obvious that the place was prepared with both thought and care. No glitches at all - our check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would stay again!

Absolutely perfect, loved being close to everything. Beautiful space, elegant. Host was pleasant, no issues what so ever. Just an overall enjoyable trip. First time to Canandaigua, for a family wedding. Loved it all. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Le Petit was adorable!! It is a great space that accommodated the two of us for a short weekend. Very clean, well decorated, and well furbished for your basic needs. The location makes for an easy 10 minute walk into town for a meal or shopping as well as a 10 minute walk to the lake. The owners were responsive and provided local restaurant suggestions. Overall, this was one of my best VRBO rental experiences!Just a quick note that this is an upstairs apartment. It wasn't a problem for us, but may be for someone who has difficulty accessing stairs.

My best friend and I came to Canandaigua Lake for the Bonnie Raitt concert at CMAC. This VRBO was the perfect place to make home base and explore the village and surrounding areas. We loved it! Clean, well decorated, comfortable and a perfect location! Highly recommend.
