Maybe this Novotel is older compared to the rest, I wouldn't give it 4 stars but 3 star level.

Good on the outside, but inside interiors are a little run down. Very good service at fromt desk and staff at the front door are very very helpful and friendly. Good ambiance, nice location

Rooms are rundown. Odor from drainage in the toilet. Towels have odors and no small towels.

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder
