The hotel is excellent. however, there is NO coffee in the restaurant at breakfast and no orange juice. The bar is substandard and the bar staff have little or no knowledge of what is required of a bartender, with NO tonic it's impossible to have a Gin and Tonic. if fact the choice of drinks is minimal. Don't ask for a cocktail
So my advice is to take your own coffee for breakfast and stay sober...
The rooms are great and the bed is as hard as a rock or sleeping on a plank of wood, so your better off sleeping on the day lounge if you want something soft...

前台熱情服務周到，客房舒適寬敞整潔，一樓餐廳服務好，菜好吃😋二樓早飯種類齊全，咖啡一般🫣晚上的自助餐豐富，服務好，現刨的羊肉太好吃啦😋大堂吧的咖啡好喝的，我這種咖啡控，連喝3️⃣天，酒店賣的小老虎，非常喜歡，非遺手工，挑了3️⃣衹大老虎，支持手藝的傳承👍酒店環境很棒，去景點都不算遠，非常喜歡這裏，下次再來👍

初到長治，就被那嚴謹的城市管理所吸引，環衞工人就連人行道上地磚縫隙處的小草也不會放過，都會小心翼翼地予以清除。而濱湖國際大酒店就坐落在長治的新開發區內。
一入大堂，就被它那豪華的裝修氣勢所震撼，而對於曾在上海五星級酒店工作過的我來説，最讓人震撼的卻是它那無微不至的軟件服務。且看，Concierge,Front Desk那彬彬有禮的説話語氣，Housekeeping,F&B以及PA部門那逢人便鞠躬問候的服務態度，讓我有一種彷彿入住國賓館的感覺。
酒店毗鄰水庫濕地公園，風景秀麗；客房空間很大，設施齊全，設備高檔；自助餐廳菜品品種繁多，但多中帶細。比如麪條分方便麪和手擀麪兩種，煎蛋分單面和雙面兩種，油條分長短兩種，更有適合南方人口味的餛飩供應，讓無論來自北方還是南方的客人都能尋找到適合自己的口味的菜品，看得出，廚師長的管理非常用心。
臨行前，前台Concierge更是送到我們的車上，再三地徵求我們對酒店服務的意見，讓人切實感受到了“客人是上帝”的優質服務體驗。

假期帶孩子過來玩，入住這個酒店，非常滿意，靠着漳澤湖，飯後在湖邊可以散步，半晚帶孩子到城市陽台放風箏，非常舒服，酒店的泳池也很乾凈，小朋友玩的很開心，假期來這裡是不錯的選擇
