Changzhi Binhu International Hotel

The environment is excellent, and the facilities are new. The room is spacious, perfect for a walk by the lake. You can watch the sunset in the evening, and it's very cool. The price is also quite reasonable. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from restaurants like Luzhou Yan, but considering the wonderful environment, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, the restaurant on the first floor has good service and delicious dishes😋The breakfast on the second floor is complete, and the coffee is average🫣The evening buffet is rich, the service is good, and the freshly shaved lamb is so delicious😋The coffee in the lobby bar is delicious. I am a coffee addict and I drink it for 3️⃣ days. I like the little tigers sold in the hotel very much. It is a non-legacy handicraft. I picked 3️⃣ big tigers to support the inheritance of craftsmanship👍The hotel environment is great, and it is not far from the attractions. I like it very much and will come again next time👍

When I first arrived in Changzhi, I was attracted by the strict city management. The sanitation workers would not even let go of the grass in the gaps between the tiles on the sidewalk, and would carefully remove it. The Binhu International Hotel is located in the new development zone of Changzhi. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was shocked by its luxurious decoration. For me who had worked in a five-star hotel in Shanghai, the most shocking thing was its meticulous software service. Look at the polite tone of the Concierge and Front Desk, the service attitude of the Housekeeping, F&B and PA departments who bowed and greeted everyone, which made me feel like staying in a state guesthouse. The hotel is adjacent to the reservoir wetland park and has beautiful scenery; the guest rooms are large, well-equipped and high-end; the buffet restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, but they are varied and detailed. For example, noodles are divided into instant noodles and hand-rolled noodles, fried eggs are divided into single-sided and double-sided, fried dough sticks are divided into long and short, and wontons are available to suit the tastes of southerners, so that guests from both the north and the south can find dishes that suit their tastes. It can be seen that the chef is very attentive in management. Before leaving, the front desk concierge even sent us to the car and repeatedly asked for our opinions on the hotel services, which made us feel the high-quality service experience of "guests are God".

I took my mother to visit the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon and stayed here at night. My mother was very satisfied. The next day, we visited the surrounding wetland park. It was quiet, comfortable and cozy. Friends who stayed overnight in Changzhi, highly recommended

Binhu Hotel has both hardware and software online, beautiful surroundings, grand hotel decoration, comfortable rooms, and good service. The thoughtful care of the front desk manager Bi made us choose Binhu again for Qingming Festival this year. The front desk Li Yuling's smiling service was fast and considerate, and it really felt like home. We will continue to choose Changzhi Binhu for the next holiday. Let's meet in Changzhi often! ❤️

The room is nice, the service attitude is very good, the front desk is enthusiastic, there are many types of breakfast, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the price is reasonable, and I am quite satisfied with it overall.

I brought my children here to play during the holidays and stayed in this hotel. I was very satisfied. It is close to Zhangze Lake. You can take a walk by the lake after dinner. I took my children to the city balcony to fly kites in the middle of the night. It was very comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool is also very clean. The children had a lot of fun. It is a good choice to come here during the holidays

The scenery is excellent, the environment is beautiful, the hotel facilities are complete, and the service is also very good. The only drawback is that the room hygiene is not detailed enough, which is not the case for a hotel of this level. The breakfast is quite rich and both adults and children can eat well.

Except for the front desk and the driver of the wetland park shuttle bus, the rest are rubbish.
