房間大而舒適、乾淨整潔，站在陽台與體育館遙遙相望🏟️。酒店設施齊全、前台服務熱情細緻，位置在東安閣旁邊、環境很安靜。去看演唱會的時候安排擺渡車送我們過去，十分方便。

房間佈局合理寬敞整潔。餐廳美食味道很好。總枱服務人員餐廳服務人員保潔員保安人員熱情文明。在房間可以直接可以看到很美的湖景。在房間涼台上放眼望去，東安湖體育公園盡收眼底，美不勝收。！

孩子看演唱會，我們一家順便一起過來，有專門電瓶車接送演唱會這個真的很好，小哥負責任態度也好。酒店環境也很不錯，拍照超級出片哈哈！我們的房間還有温泉池可惜沒空享受，下次有機會了泡一下！要説缺點，就是房間裏的電吹風質量堪憂啊，稍微吹兩下就過熱停機。。。還是換個質量好些的吧，跟酒店水準不匹配

寶藏遛娃和放鬆的酒店。兩個家庭帶着娃過來度假，工作人員熱情友好，主動幫我們推薦並升級了更合適的房型。酒店本身有非常多的設計元素，適合散步拍照打卡，又在東安湖畔，可以直接登東安閣，除了住店休息，其他時間都可以安排得非常輕鬆豐富。性價比非常高！推薦！

房間的衞生有待提高。床巾和抱枕非常的臟。地面上還有水漬。並且2:00到店還不能入住，還要等20分鐘才能入住。
環境：陽台很好。很愜意。酒店景觀做得很好。特別是水景，給人一種中國風禪意的感覺。
早餐很一般，品種沒有特別豐富，相較於其他的五星級酒店來説，可能缺了點啥。
健身房和游泳池很好。
親子樂園很差，沒有人管理。並且設備非常老舊臟。
總的來説不會再來第2次了。

和兒子去看演唱會，周圍的風景真是好，有車接送去演唱會現場不錯，司機排班不好，等了半天。早餐麪還不錯，甜品和麪包品質太一般。拍照的聯繫了7.8個小時才回復。為了風景，還會再去。
