We were very warmly welcomed ftom concierge to the front desk. Also we had a fantastic surprise of decorations to celebrate our wedding anniversary plus a good view with the upgrade. Location is fantastic. Highly recommend for those who are going Chiangmai.

Overall, one of the best available hotels in Chiang Mai. It is very comfy to stay and a good view of the city on higher floors

I spent only one night in Marriott Chiang Mai and I was pleased that I chose to stay here. Great hospitality from the very polite staff and they’d try their best to accommodate and help with any request. Room is clean, dry and comfortable, I had the best sleep of my several days in Chiang Mai.
There are great selections of food and beverages at the breakfast on ground floor and evening snacks at the lounge.
Pool was not big but very clean and enjoyable, not crowded on Sunday morning.
Only minor downside was the WiFi wasn’t working very well in my room.
Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again.

The rooms were cosy and warm and the beds were very comfy, the service of the hotel staff was excellent especially concierge team who helped us arranged the last minute one day trips! Club lounge was good. Location of the hotel was near the night markets and within walking distance. Maybe the pool was a bit small, other than that, everything is excellent! Will come back again!

Really nice hotel. Good service and the breakfast was nice. 9/10 would stay here again. Made my self a bacon egg and cheese at the breakfast buffet.

I was here for the CMSEO conference. The hotel is located within walking distance of many great eating areas and massage places. The hotel is perfect for travellers who want to relax after a long day.
