B2 Grand Nimman Premier Hotel

Good budget hotel with clean rooms, friendly service, and a convenient location. Great value for the price.

I previously stayed here from February 20-22 and had a wonderful experience, but this time I was quite disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly. Upon entering, I noticed dark spots on the floor throughout my room. I booked two rooms, one for my sister, and we encountered the same issue. Additionally, both of our rooms had blood stains on the mattresses. Since we were only staying for one night and it was late, we didn’t report it and had to force ourselves to sleep in those conditions. Furthermore, we received an accessible bathroom, which was not what I expected; my previous stay had been different.

The room is large, clean, and comfortable for three. The location is good. The triple room for three is perfect, consisted of one double and one single. Love the place.

Not sure why this room has been released to sell. Wall is peeling and very dirty. Slippers maybe used and totally dirty. I was bear foot and it became so dirty after few steps after entrance. Asked for more pillows and iron but not available which understandable for low star hotel. Housekeeping in the morning trying to clean up is very loud. Could hear all the vacuum and everything. Service at front desk is moderate. While one mentioned that room could be ready earlier, another staff keep saying room ready at 2PM without checking. When I asked room actually ready, but keep saying 2PM first. Lobby full with guests but no one mentioned have a seat, let me help with bags or offer to turn on a fan. This is only basic service but it could make huge differences.

The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The towels were very dirty, and the slippers looked like they had never been washed before. This is far below what you would expect from a hotel standard — it felt more like staying in a poorly maintained apartment. Hygiene clearly needs serious improvement.

Our stay was pleasant. Easy to find and near the mall as well.

I didn’t expect a newly opened hotel in 2025 to fall short of expectations. The room was very spacious, and there were plenty of parking spaces, which were definite advantages. However, I feel there are still many areas that need improvement. In terms of cleanliness, there were noticeable black marks on the towels and bedsheets that looked like footprints. The slippers appeared to be disposable, yet seemed to be reused. For a room accommodating three people, only one set of amenities was provided. There were visible water stains in the bathroom, and both the kettle and some power sockets had minor issues. Additionally, the morning check-out process and front desk were handled by the same staff member. Overall, there is clear room for improvement, as the stay experience did not match the price standard.

comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to Nimman and surrounded by many popular restaurants and cafés. The parking area is also spacious and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!
