Lantern Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Hotel

Had a great stay here! I was a bit worried when I booked since it was a new opening with no reviews, but I was so pleased after checking in. 👍 The hygiene was fine, and the staff were all very polite. The only minor issues were that the shower water temperature was unstable and the showerhead 🚿 wasn't great. Everything else was perfect. They even gave us a shopping bag 🛍️ when we checked out. Would definitely come back if I get the chance! 🥳

The hotel environment is very beautiful, and the room has excellent natural lighting. Parking is convenient. I really liked the frangipani and the peaceful lawn. The breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared and delicious.

The Lantern Hotel is located right below a night market, and it's only a 4-minute walk to Big C. The hotel is very new, and the TVs come equipped with Netflix and YouTube. I would definitely stay here again.

As a transit hotel, it's okay for one night. However, no matter how I adjusted the air conditioner fan direction, it kept blowing directly at my head. I woke up with rhinitis in the morning, which was quite bothersome.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom and bed were also comfortable. All necessary amenities like a kettle and hairdryer were available. It seems to have just opened, as it was a very clean hotel. Although it was a shame the balcony couldn't be opened, the stay was still comfortable. The location is good, close to convenience stores and Anusarn Market. It was directly opposite the CH Hotel. However, I disliked the faulty door lock and the creaking sound when the elevator opened and closed. The door lock, in particular, was truly the worst, despite seeming minor. The alarm indicating the door isn't properly closed tended to go off easily. There are a certain number of guests who don't properly check when leaving their rooms. While I didn't mind the noise from the adjacent room, the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable, meaning people had to firmly re-close their doors even in the early morning and late night.

The hotel was new and clean. It was convenient to have many power outlets by the bedside. The breakfast was also delicious. The pool water was circulating and clean as well.

The room was clean, but the lighting was a bit dim at night. The hotel reception and restaurant are combined, so first-timers might have trouble finding the lobby counter. The breakfast selection was limited. The hotel's location is decent; it's just outside the alley leading to the Chiang Mai Night Market.
