We stayed 2 nights in this gorgeous hotel, very nicely renovated heritage house with great indoor/outdoor spaces. The staff was so kind and prepared us a surprise for our anniversary. We also had welcome drinks, free lunch, and good breakfast! Room was quite small but very confortable bed. I would recommend to book a room toward the patios and not the road as it was a bit too bright and noisy at night. Amazing location too! In walking distance of all the temples!

When we arrived, we were greeted by Ms IMM and she is so helpful and friendly to checkin for us. The hotel is beautiful and a good location. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. We upgraded to a bigger room and the room was beautiful. We had breakfasts in the hotel everyday and the food are delicious. The hotel even decorated swans and give us chocolate for our anniversary. We both had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Chiang Mai.

Excellent excellent excellent. Surprised birthday welcome was such a nice touch. Staff members were polite and charming at the same time. The aircon situation could have been better but manageable. There’s no lifts but staff members helped with suitcases situation so there’s no worries there. Free shuttle to Jin jang market and ninman was a plus. Breakfast options were just right. Complimentary after noon high tea and lunch was also included during my stay. Easy walking distance to historic spots and temples within the four walls of all city. The famous Sunday Market is just seconds away from the hotel.

Since my arrival was on Sunday afternoon, I stayed near the Sunday market. The overall atmosphere was antique and all the staff were friendly. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but they carried all my luggage. The location is a big advantage within the old town.
