CitizenM Chicago is just perfect for solo travelers. Modern, well-organized, easy to access, desktop in the lobby, etc etc. I was able to be outside until late night thanks to the location. I'll definitely stay in CitizenM when I come back to Chicago :)

The room was great, but it was much more expensive than other hotels in Washington. Please note that there's no kettle or coffee machine in the room when booking. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was fantastic. I was really touched when the staff immediately agreed to my request for a one-hour late checkout due to my flight schedule.

Cute hotel in a great location. Only thing I can say is I got there an hour early to check in at 2:00 & they were letting other people check in early but wouldn’t let me. So I patiently waited until 3:00 and all these people just arrived & they checked them all first while I was sitting there already waiting for a hour.

Had a fantastic stay at CitizenM! The room was stylish, super clean, and very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and the vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. Perfect location too.
Would definitely stay again!

The room is very small, even smaller than the average business hotel, but the overall decoration and facilities are very new. I don't like to book those century-old hotels abroad. And the location is great. Trump Tower is right outside the door. It's very convenient.
