It is a good place for those who want to see Chicago. You can go any where you want. One thing that I do not like is the room size. It is small for the whole family of 4 people.

Room was poorly furnished, no coffee facilities in room. The shower only partially worked. The air conditioning was very noisy, and let outside sound into the room. The hotel is at a very noisy intersection with lots of muscle cars gunning the engine at all hours. (24h MacDonalds over the road). The restaurant bar was very good, the food and beer were excellent. Reception were friendly, polite and informative. Overall, the hotel needs a massive refurbishment/investment, and decent soundproofing .

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great location. I ubered and walked to anything I did. My most expensive uber was $29 and that’s because I went 30 miles away from the hotel. It was very clean and I felt safe as a woman staying by myself. Well stay again.

It's a bit far from the hustle and bustle, about a 20-minute walk. The rooftop pool is nice, but the building itself is quite old and the facilities are outdated. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, there's a noticeable gap.
