theWit Chicago, a Hilton Hotel

Location is great; block from the riverwalk; closer even to a sub station for the Red Line. Can't speak more highly of the location. The room was great - no complaints. The front desk service (especially Bobby) were amazing. Only issues were very unexpected situations - one didn't affect us by virtue of not being around, but there was apparently an incident outside the front door and we received an alert that it might be wise to avoid the front for a time and then a follow up message giving the all is clear. Again - that was nothing of the hotels fault, but they went above and beyond to give notice. Main issue was arriving back late one night and all elevators were down. The next morning two of four were still down and so the lines were long and elevator rides were crowded.

Perfect location with a hospitality staff.

Clean spacious near the Chicago theatre. Possible to walk downtown

This hotel was perfect! Located next to Riverwalk and basically everything in the downtown area. I had the King Spa River view room and it was amazing. The view was perfect and the tub was on point.

I had an amazing stay. The only issue was the rooftop, It was always booked for a private event so hotel guests had no access

Had a great stay!! Bustling location in the Theater District, close to so much!!!

The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.
