Beautiful view from our room. Hotel was clean. All workers were friendly.
Only down fall when got there there was a huge line to check in and only one worker.

This is surely one of the worst experiences we have had. The staff who checked me in was unfriendly and arrogant. Followings are the issues:
1. Bathroom bulb fused. Reported to the same gentleman who checked us in when we were on the out for dinner. After returning to the hotel from dinner, the issue was not rectified! Have to call Guest Service again to request for the bulb to be replaced.
2. Blood stain found on bath towel! Have to call to have it replaced.
3. One of the mugs in the room was chipped!
4. Carpet was flirthy and seems not shampooed for very long.
5. Requested for dental kits but was only given 1.
6. Asked to loan an umbrella and was told ran out and suggested me to buy one.
7. Staff were unfriendly & unhelpful esoecially the front desk.
I do not sense any hospitality and service in this highly disappointing hotel. Bith soft and hardware failed miserably.
Will not come back and will share my experience should anyone ask.

I enjoyed the room It was comfortable and had a nice big tub and a big separate shower, that surprised us it was really nice. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food totally worth it!! I had the chicken parm it was absolutely delicious my husband had steak it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel so much to do in walking distance also.

The location is fantastic, and the views are great. The room is very spacious, and overall, my experience was excellent. The hygiene was also top-notch. It's a superb choice for a trip to Chicago.

This hotel is absolutely perfect! The cleanliness is excellent, and they even provide a kettle for boiling water. The surroundings are beautiful. My only gripe is the incredibly high parking fee. The cost of parking, plus taxes and tips, nearly equals the price of the room itself.

I need my money back , they did other amount and now looks like I payed more than 1,500,00 . For 1 night it looks like I payed 2 times , I did my booking online for a little more than $600 and they get those $600 and make me pay more than $1500 that’s embarrassing for a good hotel
