Service: Excellent attitude! Fast service! They try their best to meet guest requests! Satisfied! Location: The most prime location among the five-star hotels near Jiefangbei. Facilities and Hygiene: Well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The freshly cooked noodles at the breakfast station were delicious. Five-star recommendation!!!!!

Excellent location and impeccable hygiene. While the facilities aren't the newest, they are perfectly functional. The staff are all very friendly. It would be even better if the dining options were a bit more extensive. There's a slight issue with the lighting design in the suite; to make the bedroom completely dark, you have to turn off all the lights in the living room as well.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Jiefangbei and the northern station of the Yangtze River Cableway. If you don't mind walking, you can reach Hongyadong, Chaotianmen Pier, Shibati, and the walking trails within half an hour. However, you should think twice about taking a taxi to these places as traffic can be very heavy. The hotel entrance is quite small, likely due to limited space. As soon as the car arrived, the bellboy promptly helped with the luggage, which was a great touch. Check-in and check-out were both quick, and the service was warm and polite. The room layout was very well-designed; the kids loved the large sofa bed, and the windows were grand. Having two toilets and two bathrooms was very practical. The desk was the most comfortable and convenient I've encountered in a hotel recently. The bedding in the master bedroom was also very comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The breakfast tasted good, but the variety was a bit limited.

Very close to Jiefangbei, making dining and massages very convenient. It's also a quick 30-minute drive to the airport. It rained for the two days I was there, and the room felt a bit damp.

The environment and facilities are old and run down, not even close to JW Marriott standards. The price is ridiculously high, over a thousand a night, with no room for negotiation. How did a place like this get five diamonds on Ctrip? Book with caution.

The hotel has a strong international vibe with many foreign guests. The rooms offer expansive views and are remarkably quiet despite being in a bustling area, providing a great sense of calm in the city. The breakfast selection is plentiful, with a rich variety of Chinese dishes, including freshly cooked noodles, stir-fries, and various pastries, all tasting excellent. The service is professional and attentive, and both cleanliness and facilities are top-notch. It’s a highly suitable choice for business travelers.

The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was clean, hygienic, and had no strange odors. The toiletries smelled great. The gym was excellent, and the breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of choices and good taste. The service was also very enthusiastic.

This is an older five-star hotel, and my stay was just average. They strictly enforce the 3 PM check-in time. We arrived in Chongqing in the morning and couldn't check in, so we stored our luggage and went out. We came back around 1 PM, asked the front desk, but still couldn't check in. They said our deluxe suite had a late checkout and housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning it. We had to wait until 3 PM, so we had no choice but to wait in the hotel lobby. It felt quite rigid, without consideration for basic guest needs. After we checked in, one of the two bathrooms in the suite had a broken overhead shower. There were no welcome fruits, and the hotel didn't have a room service robot, so we had to go downstairs ourselves to pick up our takeout, which was inconvenient. I can only say its advantage is its excellent location; it's very convenient to get anywhere from the hotel. The doorman helped with our luggage once, so that's a plus.
