Song Hotel Chongqing

Traveling here, the lake view is excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the private hot spring is also spotless. Tiya was very attentive. There are two shopping malls right next to the hotel, making sightseeing and shopping super convenient.

The rooms and surrounding area are quite beautiful, but the service and facilities need improvement: 1. The living room TV was broken. 2. Our private hot spring villa didn't have bathrobes. It took a phone call and a message to the butler to get one large and one small bathrobe (we actually needed two large ones). 3. We asked for two extra pairs of slippers in case the hot spring made them wet, but they never arrived by the time we checked out (although we later found extra slippers upstairs, so we didn't actually need them, but no one ever informed us or followed up about the missing slippers). 4. The toilet seat wasn't heated. 5. There were no extra blankets. 6. Only one type of very soft pillow was available, with no other options. 7. The complimentary cycling and badminton package couldn't be used due to rain, and there was no compensation or apology – as if it were completely normal? 8. There was no doorman at the hotel entrance. When we arrived by car, the parking situation was chaotic, and we didn't know whether to check in first or park first. We ended up dropping our luggage at the hotel lobby entrance, with one person watching the bags, one checking in, and one parking. After check-in, there was no golf cart to take us to our room. Luckily, a cart came back while we were halfway there, walking in the rain. Praise: 1. The sandalwood scent was pleasant. 2. The sleep bar was unique. 3. We ordered the BBQ set to our room, and when we ran out of sauce, a quick call brought a full set of condiments very quickly. They also cleared the dishes promptly after we finished. 4. Although the TV was broken, the technician fixed it very quickly by replacing the entire unit.

A truly amazing experience! Chongqing Songpin basically represents the top-tier resort hotels in Chongqing. So, both the service and the facilities are impeccable. Soaking in the hot spring at night was wonderful, but is there a way to turn off the air source heat pump in the early morning? I searched for a long time but couldn't find the switch, and I'm worried about the noise disturbing other guests.

Each room features a private onsen (hot spring bath), perfect for a relaxing evening soak that promotes restful sleep. The tatami rooms can also function as tea rooms; they are spacious, bright, warmly furnished, and fully equipped. The service of butler Rachel is particularly noteworthy. Her attentive, prompt, and attentive service throughout the stay greatly enhanced the experience.
