Fabulous stay. All the staff are wonderful and go out the way to make you feel at home. Great accessibility for the motorway connections but with the benefit of feeling like being in the country.

Christina and her team went above and beyond for my friends and family! Although we didn't have our wedding there, the hotel hosted a fantastic meal for my family the night before my wedding in the Brasserie. The food was out of this world! On the morning of the wedding, the hotel made sure that my guests who were staying that evening were able to have an early check in before attending the wedding. The rooms were spacious, especially our honeymoon suite! The buffet breakfast was also top notch, making our wedding that bit more magical. Thank you so much!

Top quality hotel in a beautiful setting. Stayed on a Sunday night so without the midweek corporate clientele it was delightfully peaceful and quiet. Excellent restaurant and plenty of space, it has real country house atmosphere.

As a writer and composer, discovering Hampshire felt like finding the quiet crown of England. When your soul longs for peace, inspiration, and a moment suspended in time, this place gently appears—like an answer you didn’t know you needed. Awdley's Wood, reminded me that creativity often just needs the right space to unfold. And this hotel isn’t just a space—it’s a warm embrace. A sacred pause. A place where ideas come alive again. I originally planned to stay only three nights… but I’m staying four more. I didn’t expect to stay a full week. But when a place welcomes you with such grace, such excellence, such kindness—you don’t want to leave. You simply want to stay. Or return again and again. Here, I found the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever experienced. But more than the food, it’s the way people make you feel—like you matter, like you’re home. Thank you, Awdleys wood, For being one of my favorite hotels in the world, and for giving me one of the most beautiful, soul-nourishing moments of my life. With all my heart, Alex Sirvent

We were married at this wonderful hotel back in 2016. For our 9th Wedding Anniversary we booked the Champagne Afternoon as a celebration. Booking was easy and the staff - from arrival to departure - were uniformly excellent. Excellent choices of teas (Red berry for my wife, a more conservative Earl Gey for me) and the "spread" was faultless. Finger sandwiches, warm scones with jam and cream and delicate cakes. We could not have asked for better and rounded off with a drink in the grounds on a blazing hot day listening to the "silence" of the countryside. Would thoroughly recommend and a very reasonable price for the food, service and ambiance. Thank you.

Check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cute children’s pack waiting on the bed. Although we didn’t have dinner reservations, we were able to eat in the bar area. Great breakfast with again, very friendly staff. Cleaners were lovely too. Thanks

Exactly what I needed for a relaxed evening and best sleep I’ve experienced in a long time. From the incredibly helpful and supportive staff member who checked me in and the lovely gentleman who checked me, and the senior member of staff who helped me move my (excessive for the stay!) luggage from my room to reception ready to load up into the car to the happy, ever helpful and polite restaurant staff at breakfast and the light and airy breakfast room partnered with the outside, tables under sun brollies to guarantee a relaxed start to your day. Its location also guarantees long relaxed walks among the surrounding woodland

Sunday lunch in The Conservatory. Friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful surroundings. Roast chicken was cooked perfectly and the deserts were delicious. A little on the pricey side once the service charge is added but overall a nice place for a special occasion.
