The place was located in the middle of nowhere so it is really hard to go by foot. If you have no car then please don't consider this hotel. However, the view was very nice

Location above A9 overlooking Lake Como from height. A small, friendly and modern b&b with fantastic views from the balconies to each room and the breakfast room. Rooms were super clean, well provisioned and spacious. Breakfast on the patio was excellent. Choice of eggs, meat, cheese yoghurt, cereal and pastries. Coffee and a variety of teas. Excellent and friendly service. The hotel is a 10 minute ride to park in the centre of Como. Great recommendations within the in-room directory. There is some very low level noise from the road below which did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay.

This family run B&B is a gem. It has amazing views of Lake Como from the rooms and the breakfast area. We arrived early but had to wait only for a bit to get the room. Room is spacious/ cleaned thoroughly everyday/ has all amenities and very comfortable beds. For breakfast you can have either cold or hot breakfast and everything is made fresh upon your preference/ request. The brothers who own the B&B are so friendly and accommodating. So are the other staff and nothing is too much for them. 7 stars to this place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Como.
