Very clean and spacious, well equipped and exceptional service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Must try breakfast with lots of selections and also provides a cook on order plate.

Great location, not too far from the Chinese food street and very close to the train station. There's a large park a few hundred meters away, perfect for running and relaxing. Overall, it's pretty good.

Really good! The room was quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast was unique, with an à la carte menu. It's really special and offers excellent value for money, especially for just over 1000. Very satisfied!

Right outside the train station, the location is super convenient. The facilities aren't luxurious, but they're very comfortable. Every space is generously sized, and breakfast is good too! 👍

I've stayed here many times, and overall, it's a good hotel. Clean and quiet. The only unpleasant experience this time was with a very mean lady at the reception. I arrived early to check in, but she insisted that check-in was strictly at 3 PM, even though it was already past 1 PM. After asking twice, she still said no rooms were cleaned. The dramatic turn of events happened when a male staff member arrived and immediately assigned us a room. I was speechless...

Perfectly situated next to Coventry station, reasonably priced parking there, nice, clean comfortable rooms, lovely amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the train station. The facilities are about what you'd expect for the price. However, the cleaning felt a bit sloppy; I could still see my own hair in the shower on the second day. The hotel restaurant was very bad. I do not recommend this hotel.
