Hampton Inn by Hilton Crown Point

Great hotel, location and staff. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast has a large variety of items to choose from. The hotel is walking distance to lots of great restaurants, pharmacies, shopping and minutes away from the old John Dillinger museum jail and conveniently located off I 65. Every staff member we encountered was professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Marilyn, Rebecca and Russell at the front desk made us feel welcomed from the second we arrived, and they consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. Housekeeping clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property because everything felt immaculate throughout our entire stay. Most definitely would recommend to others and travelers.

$306 for a single night is absolutely ridiculous, They think there hotel is made of gold

My stay was amazing! Top notch service. Room and property were very nice. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning is a great amenities as well as the free wifi. Highly recommend.

Everything was nice, I don't like the microfiber/ non cotton sheets. That was awful but everything else was great!

When I tried to check in around 8pm there was a note on the door saying the staff was away and would return in awhile. After waiting 20 minutes along with other travelers, the staff member reappeared at the front desk for checkin. Absolutely unacceptable. Doubtful that she went through any hospitality training.

Very nice overall. Better than average breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff. The downside was the late evening fire alarm that lasted a few minutes. We were preparing to evacuate when it stopped. The front desk said it was a routine occurance due to sensitive smoke detectors and folks taking steamy showers with the bathroom door open. We won't be back.

Very clean, good free breakfast. Not too much around the property but i believe it's an up and coming area.

Pool was terrible the sharp bottom cut my kids legs and feet wide open. One of the wounds almost needed stitched. The no vending machines and only an extremely overpriced store at the front desk is ridiculous those prices were worse than Chicago prices. In my room multiple things were broken exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work there were also multiple light bulbs outin the room. You couldn't even control the temperature in the room it wouldn't go above 64 degrees. And it would change settings on its own.now my kids sick never staying there again

Staff and I was with a large group. We enjoyed our tine to visit in pool area and food area. Thanks for making our time relaxing.
