Warwick Melrose Hotel

We stayed with other family members. We choose the suite, which was spacious enough for us to join together and plan our activities.

Excellent service, but every time I stayed there (three times) I was double charged. I was charged by Trip.com for the nightly rate, and I was charged again by the hotel on my card that I used for deposit/incidentals. I called the hotel about issuing the refunds, and they acknowledged the double-charging, but I am still waiting for Accounting to issue me the refunds. Advice: check your bank/credit card statement after you check out.

The Warwick Melrose Hotel provided us with an excellent stay .  We will definitely stay there again… a very neat place…clean and   a friendly. professional staff. The steak nachos in the bar were delicious… next time , we will eat in the restaurant. We did order breakfast room service… it arrived promptly and it would rate a 5 star . Valet service was always prompt… do not have one negative statement. Thank you, Warwick …. mmb

Everything was perfect, especially the staff! Thanks for the waters! Only downside my room had a closed door to the other room, where you could hear the other room.

We thought we had two beds in room, ended up with king bed.  Unable to place in another room but then they later found a room and gave us upgrade.  Room very nice but was corner room by street and very noisy with traffic.  Still, overall very pleased!

Over the top service. Every interaction with each and every staff member was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Library Bar and Landmark Restaurant were exceptional, not just for the food and drinks but the hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease in a beautiful surrounding. Our King suite was more than a room; it was comfortably livable ! Dovey basically served as our concierge , she smoothly guided us through our schedule and our waiter Dustin at the Landmark was exceptional ! Lastly, Kevin the General Manager, personally took time to visit and help us with our travel destinations during our stay. This kind of experience and atmosphere with a hotel staff does not happen without training and expectation!

Came for the spa experience and absolutely love the space, the cleanliness and the ease of location.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We got a beautiful room to stay in, and had a nice view! The staff were so kind and very inviting. We had dinner reservations and a big night planned, I was so excited for it I didnt take too many pictures of the room. I do want to stay again, it was very quiet, private and just a good vibe. I loved the location also, walking distance to many great things.

Amazing!!! Beautiful hotel, clean, very lovely vibes. Room was beautiful and modernized. Lounge was soo inviting.
