extremely dirty with strange stains all over the room. was asked to come back one hour later when we asked for extra towels and BASIC things like shampoo and conditioner (because they weren’t present in the room when we initially entered). and then we also requested to change the room because it became so unbearable (strange AC emitting a weird smell, stains and weird black bits on the beds, dusty and dirty curtains), but then we were told that we should have came back within 10 minutes of check-in if we ever wanted to change rooms because the front desk guy was the only one working today. WDYM?????? 10 minutes?? was told that we would have to come back after check out time tomorrow to change the room, and the guy also refused to change our sheets even with video evidence displaying the filthy sheets. also yes the elevator is out of service and will probably be out of service FOREVER.

pool was dirty, the elevator wasn’t working and I was on the third floor, there was ******* on the entrance/exits just trying to stop anyone who was trying to go in.

The elevator was not working. I had to take the stairs with my luggages. No water in the room so if you need to drinkwater you will have to go get it from the vending machine at $3. Had to go back and forth to the lobby to reactivate my key card.

The building is old, and the elevator is outdated, which makes it inconvenient, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. There is no receptionist on site, and it was extremely difficult to contact the property. No one answered the phone when I needed assistance, leaving me with no immediate support. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you expect reliable communication and service.

Renovation is long overdue. No elevator, and the room keys are hyper-sensitive to phones. I’m exhausted from trekking up and down the stairs just to get my keys reset.

Convenient location, clean, and great for families. Public transportation nearby is a plus. Highly recommend checking in! There are also plenty of gas stations and restaurants in the area, making it perfect for family trips. Thumbs up! 👍🏼
