Comfort Inn & Suites Danbury-Bethel

My trip was very nice the hotel was beautiful the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding.

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location, vco-located with Hungry Pot restaurant. Had an issue with the shower, maintenance staff came right up to fix. On site parking more than adequate.We would stay here again.

Good hotel and great outdoor swimming pool, lots of restaurants nearby

It was a pleasant experience

The breakfast was very good. Hot, real eggs and bacon, potatoes, choices of breads and cereals/oatmeal. No fruit to speak of. The staff was all very professional and friendly. However, the hotel condition was subpar. The elevator was filthy, debris all over the floor and scuff marks on the walls. The stairwell reminded me of a parking garage stairwell. The hallway needed vacuuming. The room was clean enough, but our toilet seat was loose, the floors are tile, no rugs. So overall, a clean enough place to sleep and a good breakfast, but definitely needs some updating and maintenance.

The breakfast menu was simple and generic. A child brand yogurt with one flavor. Coffee was watery and bland, no variety creamers to choose from and minimal amount. The oatmeal was made incorrectly and very watery. banana were limited and empty when I came down at 7:30am for breakfast. Choice Hotels are not worth going back. The room was clean but the toilet and bathtub was chipping and dated.

Room was clean and quiet. I needed a place close to shops and this satisifed the bill. Easy access on and off the highway.
