This place is horrible. Do not ever stay here. They have horrible customer service and failed to refund me after making a reservation and realizing that the dates had changed somehow. It was literally seconds later I realized and contacted them. I tried to get a refund for the wrong dates and they refused. I even attempted to stay there the dates I had originally planned and they still said no. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

Disappointed we had to move rooms because the people above us were so loud the walls were shaking. They made us move as we complained instead of party making all the noise. No hot water couple times in evening. Otherwise nice facility. Decent breakfast.

Room set up was odd and only a very little table to eat on. Not enough table for 2 people. Breakfast was poor.

I’ve never left a review before in my life but I felt required to. This hotel must had the thinnest walls and floors known to man kind. I’ve NEVER experience a more loud hotel in my life. The people above us- you could hear them walk. Let alone when they moved around not so silently. Then any commotion in our hall. You could hear it all. Doors opening and closing. Just people normal talking in the halls you could hear. The amenities, staff, bar, and parking were all great. But goodness don’t expect any privacy or sleep when staying here.

The room was perfect, comfortable beds and so clean! The staff was also wonderful, thank you!

One staff member was very rude when I slipped on black ice and near feel. She stated I should quit smoking instead of asking if I was ok. No salt trucks were called for nearly 3 hours as many guests were slipping. Breakfast was typically what you would find in any lower end hotel. Rooms were small, expected more from a King Suite. If you used the pull out sofa it would be against the bed. No lighting by the computer area. No seating for eating if you used the kitchen.

Stayed here for a bike race. Preparing our own food was a priority. Ample fridge space. Well stocked kitchen area (stovetop with pans in room— unlike many extended stay hotels where a hot plate and pans must be checked out). BBQ area was clean, functional, tools provided. Rooms were large. Beds comfortable. Nice fluffy, white towels. All of the front desk staff were helpful— Austin, Laurie, and another woman whose name we can’t remember. We would absolutely stay here again.
