We just returned from a short family holiday where we stayed at the Four Seasons. Our Family Villa was well appointed, with welcome snacks and excellent attention to detail that made son feel like home immediately.
We ate many meals at the resort, which was good quality and generous portion size.
The facilities were top notch, with a daily programme offering a variety of activities to participate at leisure.
The best thing was the service, which was just impeccable.

The location, facilities, and service were good, but upon checking in and checking the room, there were spiders, blood stains on the bedsheets and curtains, and cobwebs on the ceiling. For a 5-star hotel, the hygiene was comparable to a motel, and the room service was always delicious!
